Who we are
This site is operated by the entity identified in the site footer, trading as Design at Scale. We are the data controller for the information described below. Reach us through the contact page for any privacy request.
Partner disclosure
Design at Scale is an independent partner of Design Elite. We are not Design Elite. The design work shown on this site is produced by Design Elite and shown with their permission.
When you submit the form on this site, we introduce you to Design Elite. Design Elite pays us when that introduction results in a booked and attended call, and again if it becomes a client relationship. You pay us nothing, and what you pay Design Elite is unaffected by the introduction coming through us.
We state this because the incentive is real and you are entitled to weigh it when reading anything on this site.
What we collect
Information you give us through the form
- Your monthly design volume, as a range
- Your monthly design budget, as a range
- Your work email address
- Anything else you choose to write to us
Information collected automatically
- Standard server and analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring source
- UTM parameters identifying which page or campaign brought you here
Why we collect it
To assess fit. Volume and budget are the two variables that determine whether a flat-rate arrangement makes sense for you. We use them for that and nothing else.
To make the introduction. If there is a fit, we pass your details to Design Elite so they can contact you.
To attribute the introduction. UTM parameters let Design Elite identify that the introduction came from us. That is how we are paid.
To improve the site. Aggregate analytics only.
We do not sell your data, we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask us to.

From the point of introduction onward, Design Elite processes your information under their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and the right to ask remains yours.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, write to us through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site runs on essential cookies only. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what is required to serve the page.
Changes
We update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes affecting how we share your information are stated at the top of the page for 30 days.
