Terms of Use for Design Scaling and Work Attribution

1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by Julien Mouttet, trading as Design Scaling.

Design Scaling is an independent discovery, qualification and matching platform for business design services. Design Scaling does not perform design services. It helps visitors understand design models and budgets, reviews the requirements they submit, and connects them with a selected independent design provider.

2. Attribution of the design work shown

All design work displayed on this site is produced by Design Elite, the provider Design Scaling currently works with, and is shown here with their permission. It is their production, credited to them. Design Scaling is an independent platform and is not Design Elite.

Where a project includes client results, those figures originate with Design Elite and their clients, and are reproduced here as supplied. Client names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners.

The official Design Elite website is the authoritative source on the service, its pricing and its terms, and prevails over anything published here in the event of a discrepancy. Where a commitment matters to your decision, obtain it in writing before you rely on it.

3. How requests are handled

When you submit a request through the Design Solution Finder or a form on this site, Design Scaling reviews it and, where there is a fit, routes it to the selected provider, currently Design Elite. The request data you submit (your answers, the recommended model and your contact details) is shared with the selected provider so that it can respond to your request. The finder's recommendation is a decision aid based on your answers, not professional advice or a guarantee that any provider will accept the request. Enquiries and appointment bookings made through this site are handled the same way.

The selected provider contracts with you, performs the design service and invoices you directly. Design Scaling is not a party to that contract and does not handle the project brief, production or delivery. The provider's own terms govern the service.

Design Scaling may receive an introduction commission from the selected provider when it forwards a qualified request. The official Design Elite website remains the authoritative source for its service offering, pricing and terms.

4. What this site is, and is not

The content published here is informational. It does not constitute a contractual offer, a quote, or professional advice on your specific situation.

The frameworks, formulas and comparisons on this site are decision aids. They rely on assumptions that may not hold for your business, and the cost calculations in particular depend on figures only you can supply. Their output is only as reliable as those inputs.

Market observations are dated at the point of collection. This category moves quickly, and anything collected in 2026 should be re-verified before being relied on.

5. No guarantee of results

Nothing on this site guarantees a commercial outcome, a delivery time, a price, or a level of design quality. Budget ranges on this site are indicative market budgets, not Design Scaling prices. Any provider prices and service terms mentioned here reflect that provider's published rate card at the time of writing and remain subject to change by the provider that publishes them.

6. Intellectual property

Editorial content on this site, meaning the text, structure and frameworks, belongs to Julien Mouttet. Design work shown belongs to Design Elite as set out in clause 2 and is not offered here under any licence.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following a link takes you outside these terms and under theirs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including commercial decisions taken on the basis of the frameworks published here.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established. Nothing in this clause removes any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
