The mechanics matter more than most pricing pages suggest. Two providers at the same monthly rate deliver very different output depending on how the queue is capped and how briefs are handled. Here is exactly how ours runs.
The process
Five stages, from signature to source file.
Briefing a request
Objective, audience, formats and dimensions, references you like and reject with reasons, deadline and definition of done. We supply the template rather than leaving the format open.
The request queue
Requests are pulled in the order you prioritise, and you can reorder at any time. The queue is yours, not ours.
Review and revisions
A first draft comes back, you comment, the loop runs until the work is right. Revisions are unlimited on every plan.
Delivery and ownership
On approval, work is delivered as native source files, not flattened exports, and ownership transfers to you.

The brief drives the rework rate more than any other variable in this model. Teams that write specific briefs get considerably more usable output from the same fee, because every avoided revision releases a queue slot.

What this asset needs to achieve, not just what it is.
Format and dimensions
Every placement, listed. The field most often left incomplete, and the most common cause of a second round.
References you like
"This one, because of the spacing" is worth ten adjectives.
References you reject
More useful than the previous field and almost always omitted.
What makes it work
Four conditions, and what breaks them.
- Requests are continuous Below roughly five a month, a good freelancer is cheaper and faster.
- Briefs are specific Vague briefs generate three rounds each and occupy slots a clear brief would release.
- One person owns prioritisation When everything is urgent, the queue reverts to arrival order and strategic work loses to loud work.
- Feedback comes back quickly A request waiting on your comment occupies a slot exactly as an active one does.

How the queue actually behaves.
How does a design subscription work?
You pay a fixed monthly fee and submit requests to a queue. Requests are pulled in your priority order, drafts return within a defined turnaround, you revise until approval, and approved work transfers to you as native source files. No per-asset quote, no hourly billing.
How many requests can I submit?
As many as you want on Élite and Commando. How many move at the same time is the number worth asking about: one active request on Prestige and Élite, up to two in parallel on Commando.
How fast do I get a first draft?
Average delivery is 48 hours.
What if I do not like the draft?
You comment and the loop runs again. Revisions are unlimited, which is why briefing carries more weight here than in a one-off project.
Can I reprioritise mid-month?
Yes. The queue order is yours to change at any time.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Everything approved before cancellation is already yours, in native format.
